Establish and enforce standard project management methodologies, tools, and KPIs for risk and compliance projects.
Develop executive dashboards for tracking project progress, quality, budget, and compliance metrics.
Manage resources efficiently, resolve conflicts, identify and mitigate risks across projects, and align initiatives with organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of project management experience with supervisory or leadership roles.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly valued.
Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK methodologies and project management tools like Jira or MS Project.
Educational qualifications include B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / CA; experience in Internal Audit, Controls Testing, IFC / SOX Testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced project manager with a background in Internal Audit and controls testing frameworks.
Proficient in establishing governance and strategic alignment across multiple projects concurrently.
