IN_Manager_PMO_Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_Gurgaon

Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting with focus on transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, AMS transitions).

Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, dashboards, health indicators, and communication plans to ensure project compliance and quality.

Act as primary liaison between business teams, SAP consultants (functional and technical), integration partners, and leadership stakeholders, translating business requirements into structured documentation and driving issue resolution.

3-20 years of experience with preference for project management experience in SAP or related HCM products (Workday, Peoplesoft, etc.).

Mandatory exposure to SAP project management (PM experience in any SAP module or SF modules as first preference).

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) or MBA/MCOM preferred.

Experience in PMO governance, project planning tools (Power BI, MS Project, Smartsheet), and delivery governance in SAP landscapes.

Experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP transformation or rollout projects with governance and stakeholder management.

Comfortable in a bridge role with functional SAP awareness to support integration understanding and UAT planning without hands-on technical configuration.

Proficient in developing executive-level dashboards and reports to support governance, audits, and program transparency across multiple stakeholders.
