Act as liaison between development teams and business product owners, providing subject matter expertise on Salesforce.com business processes and requirements.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and UX/UI design (preferred Figma) to ensure Salesforce.com solutions align with business needs and integrate with other IT systems.
Develop and maintain system specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance standards for Salesforce.com and related IT solutions.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years total work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst or similar role with successful project delivery.
Extensive experience in Salesforce.com development/customization, integration, and business process expertise.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging between technical teams and business stakeholders specifically within Salesforce.com ecosystems.
Skilled in UX/UI design with practical knowledge or preference for tools like Figma to create user-centric solutions.
Capable of managing and integrating multiple system interfaces and compliance requirements in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
