Operate and maintain the enterprise endpoint security platform (Tanium), including agent management and module delivery to stakeholders.
Provide Level 3-4 technical support for endpoint security tools across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments, including troubleshooting and tuning.
Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of endpoint security tools; ensure compliance with standards like PCI, NIST, and CIS, and maintain endpoint zero trust posture.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years Information Security experience with at least 3 years operational in endpoint security tool platforms.
At least 2 years hands-on Endpoint Security Management experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
Experience administering Tanium platform and knowledge of endpoint protection tools like CrowdStrike and Netskope.
Work timing requires availability approximately 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for meetings (Indian shift 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise-level endpoint security tools with strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Ability to lead complex projects involving security tool deployment, integrations, and compliance evidence collection.
Familiarity with cloud (hybrid and multi-cloud) environments and regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR.
