Create reliable 90-180 day rolling demand forecast and available supply pool views.
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to plan and address 3-6 month gaps in demand-supply matching.
Setup and moderate TSC Control Tower to drive accountability and alignment on workforce planning health for the region.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management and workforce planning within IT, ITES, product, or consulting sectors.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including report creation and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and demonstrating a global mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours between 12 noon to 9 pm IST.

Experienced in managing strategic accounts staffing plans in coordination with business advisors, consulting leaders, and sales teams.
Skilled at generating actionable insights using tools like GPT for data analysis.
