Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation and defect tracking.
Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT sign-off readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Experience required varies from 2 to 10 years in UAT and business validation depending on seniority (2-4, 4-7, 7-10 years).
Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) skills with domain/business process understanding.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
With 4-7 years, able to independently drive UAT activities and manage stakeholder interactions.
With 7-10 years, able to lead UAT engagements, manage stakeholders comprehensively, and drive UAT sign-offs.
Experienced in banking, financial services, or insurance domain is preferred (not mandatory but advantageous).
