Manager, Fund Accounting

Lead and develop teams responsible for private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, and client service delivery to meet quality, productivity, and timeliness targets.

Oversee complex fund accounting activities including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, journal entries, and client reporting.

Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with policies and SSAE requirements, and support fund onboarding and system migrations (Investran/Paxus).

Degree in Accounting or business-related discipline.

8+ years of relevant accounting experience; at least 4 years in people management or supervisory roles in service delivery.

Strong technical expertise in fund accounting, private equity operations, Ind AS, IFRS, and multi-jurisdictional GAAP standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), accounting platforms (Investran/Paxus), and excellent English communication skills.

Experienced leader with proven ability to manage client deliverables and build strong stakeholder relationships in a multinational or shared services environment.

Technically proficient in private equity fund accounting processes and financial reporting across multiple accounting standards.

Capability to support operational and strategic projects including system migrations and fund onboarding, with readiness for travel or international secondment.
