Lead and execute offensive security governance including Red Team, Purple Team, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
Develop, implement, and maintain security testing policies, roadmaps, and controls aligned with certification and compliance requirements.
Mentor security testing professionals and communicate security findings to technical and legal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years experience in Information Security with expertise in Penetration Testing, Red Team Operations, Purple Team Exercises, and Vulnerability Management.
Experience with Web Applications, APIs, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure, and AI/LLM Security Testing.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting languages, plus strong networking and OS knowledge including TCP/IP, Linux, Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID.
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTP, GPEN, GXPN, CISSP or equivalent.

Experienced leader capable of strategic offensive security operations incorporating threat intelligence and compliance needs.
Strong expertise in developing and automating offensive security tools and participating in advanced security initiatives like bug bounty programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) and domain-specific experience in Online Gaming Security, Application, and Cloud Security Assessments.
