Own architecture, integration, and delivery of enterprise applications across JCI platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 engineers, managing code reviews, technical coaching, and sprint delivery for complex workflows like CRM case management and work order lifecycle.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and non-functional requirements including performance, security, and disaster recovery; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
10–14 years total experience with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with C#/.NET backend services, AngularJS/Angular, RESTful APIs, and SharePoint integrations.
Experience with industrial or building management systems, preferably Johnson Controls (JCI) platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading architecture and integration for enterprise-grade applications within Agile/Scrum environments.
Skilled at driving end-to-end delivery and team leadership for complex, scalable workflows involving CRM and document automation.
