Execution Team Lead, Order Management - TA

Lead and manage day-to-day Travel America procurement operations including purchase order creation, amendments, closure, invoice exception management, supplier and business query resolution, and expediting.

Lead a team of procurement professionals focusing on accountability, continuous improvement, performance, and adequate business continuity and resource planning.

Establish and manage operational governance, compliance, performance metrics, stakeholder relations, and drive process improvements including automation, cost reduction, and transformation programmes.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or related field.

Overall work experience of 13+ years with 7-8 years in procurement.

Proficiency in procurement tools such as Coupa, SRM/SAP, ARIBA, and Salesforce.

Experience in working cross-culturally and internationally, with strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable practices.

Experienced leader with strong team management and operational governance capabilities in procurement functions across multiple entities and locations.

Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, process optimization, compliance, and data-driven decision making within procurement.

Comfortable collaborating across diverse global teams including procurement, finance, digital, category management, and suppliers in a hybrid work environment.
