Own and deliver end-to-end software development tasks including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation to enhance Ethoca’s product suite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, cloud-native microservices and automation frameworks focusing on customer journey and experience.
Drive quality engineering practices including test automation framework development, code and design reviews, and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to entire SDLC.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript and experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications.
Experience building automation frameworks and working with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems with strong focus on automation and quality engineering.
Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments with involvement in product delivery end-to-end.
Capable of mentoring peers and driving adoption of technology standards and best practices within the engineering team.
