Lead BI strategy and reporting across Finance by managing Tableau Cloud dashboards, legacy BI platforms, and migration efforts.
Collaborate with Finance and Data Engineering teams to translate business needs into data models, technical specs, and BI solutions.
Own full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support, ensuring data governance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech).
8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
Expertise in Tableau Cloud dashboard development and administration; proficiency with OBIEE and OAS platforms.
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Google BigQuery analytics workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience coordinating cross-functional BI initiatives within Finance or Financial Reporting domains.
Strong data architecture understanding and ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured technical designs.
