About This Role
- Lead BI strategy and reporting across Finance by managing Tableau Cloud dashboards, legacy BI platforms, and migration efforts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Data Engineering teams to translate business needs into data models, technical specs, and BI solutions.
- Own full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support, ensuring data governance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech).
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Expertise in Tableau Cloud dashboard development and administration; proficiency with OBIEE and OAS platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Google BigQuery analytics workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience coordinating cross-functional BI initiatives within Finance or Financial Reporting domains.
- Strong data architecture understanding and ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured technical designs.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing stakeholder relationships and driving BI program adoption and modernization.
