Own end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and management for large-scale client-facing transformation programs across front, middle, and back office operations.
Lead and manage a global team of functional and automation testers ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices and testing standards.
Drive adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies, script, run, and troubleshoot robotic test automation, and coordinate with global stakeholders including US/UK teams and third-party vendors.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 9 years of experience in functional testing with strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets and Investment Banking applications across front, middle, and back office.
3+ years of experience leading project teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management.
Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint, and automation tools like UiPath; familiarity with AI concepts in testing is required.
