Lead day-to-day management and operational delivery of metadata management, data lineage documentation, and data governance tools for Finance, Treasury, and Financial Risk functions.
Manage Finance data catalog and Critical Data Element inventory; execute semi-annual metadata and lineage attestation cycles ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Identify, recommend, and lead implementation of automation and process improvements across governance platforms, collaborating with CDO, Data Product, Technology teams, and Finance stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in data governance, data management, regulatory data, or risk and finance reporting, preferably in financial services.
Hands-on expertise with metadata management, data lineage, CDE frameworks, and regulatory standards such as BCBS 239 and RDAR.
Strong working knowledge of enterprise data governance platforms, with direct experience in Collibra preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
