Ensure successful service delivery to global clients including contract and SLA management, change management, and key performance reporting.
Produce accurate client service reports and oversee data quality checks for client service project materials.
Monitor project progress, mitigate risks through Risk and Control Assessments, and collaborate across business units to resolve client issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in Custody & Accounting with strong knowledge of financial instruments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business-related field.
Must be comfortable with working Night Shift to provide support during US market hours.
Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant domain (Custody & Accounting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in client service delivery within financial services, especially custody and accounting operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau is advantageous.
Comfortable working across global teams and managing compliance, risk, and operational issues under strict client deadlines.
