Manage setup, enrollment, and maintenance of EDI clearinghouse integrations for multiple EHR and RCMS customers.
Collaborate with Configuration team and Account Managers to handle EDI connections transitions including access, enrollment, and mapping.
Resolve client inquiries and manage QCC Salesforce tickets within defined turnaround time ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience with EHR applications, preferably in medical billing or behavioral healthcare billing.
Foundational knowledge of clearinghouse EDI relationships and workflows and basic understanding of at least one Qualifacts software platform.
Onsite work required, 5 days/week in Vadodara office, working night shift from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST. Remote applicants not considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with software functionalities related to billing and configuration within EHR and Revenue Cycle Management systems.
Capable of applying analytical problem-solving skills to configuration updates and customer issue resolution with a detail orientation.
Able to coordinate across teams and effectively manage multiple platform configuration and enrollment activities.
