Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage setup, enrollment, and maintenance of EDI clearinghouse integrations for multiple EHR and RCMS service customers.
Coordinate with Configuration team and Account Managers to handle EDI access, enrollment, mapping, and transitions.
Close QCC Salesforce tickets within defined TAT, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with process standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience with EHR applications, preferably in medical billing or behavioral healthcare billing.
Basic understanding of at least one Qualifacts software platform and foundational knowledge of clearinghouse EDI workflows.
Onsite role in Vadodara, India, working night shift (6:30pm-3:30am IST). Remote applicants not considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in EDI enrollment and configuration across multiple EHR platforms with knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management systems.
Able to independently resolve client inquiries and close tickets within turnaround times, reducing manager dependency.
Capable of cross-team coordination, process compliance, and supporting client onboarding and operational transitions including knowledge transfer.
