Own technical design and delivery of the engineering side spanning front end, service layer, data tier, and infrastructure for Cogentiq I2C product.
Lead and manage the engineering team, enforce code quality, testing, deployment standards, and maintain engineering health including CI/CD and incident response.
Collaborate with AI Lead and product management on interface design, feasibility, sprint planning, and timely delivery while actively coding complex components.
Minimum Requirements
10-14 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years leading a team or full product build.
Strong expertise in Python and production experience with FastAPI or equivalent service frameworks.
Practical knowledge of modern front end technologies like React or Next.js.
Experience with data engineering tools such as Spark, Databricks, Delta Lake, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure.
Work Experience Required: 10-14 years with minimum 3 years leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in owning end-to-end technical design for multi-tier, product-grade software across front end, services, and data layers.
Comfortable leading a cross-functional engineering team while retaining hands-on coding responsibility, especially on complex features.
