Lead the technical design and ownership of AI agents and models responsible for invoice-to-cash processes covering Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Invoice Management, and Credit Risk.
Manage and lead the AI and agent engineering team including setting technical standards, coaching, and hands-on development of the most challenging AI components.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of AI agents with measurable evaluation metrics, human oversight mechanisms, and explainability to non-technical finance stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
10-14 years experience in AI, machine learning, or software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Production experience with LLM and agentic systems including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and tool integration at scale.
Strong Python engineering skills with experience shipping production code (not just notebooks).
Experience in document understanding and information extraction from complex, real-world inputs such as emails and remittance attachments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to own AI technical design and lead a team working on agentic AI systems within enterprise environments.
Experience balancing classical machine learning methods with generative AI and understanding when to apply each.
Background in building AI products for multiple clients rather than single engagements, with negotiation and communication skills to liaise between engineering and product teams as well as non-technical stakeholders.
