Own finance transformation initiatives including analysis, design, and implementation of finance operating models covering processes like P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury.
Lead stakeholder workshops to identify gaps and inefficiencies and deliver process documentation, maturity assessments, and target operating models.
Manage project economics, timelines, resources, and lead project workstreams and teams while supporting business development and coaching project members.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years total work experience with at least 4 years in finance transformation or related JD areas.
Mandatory qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Strong understanding of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) and finance digital tools including ERP, financial consolidation, and automation technologies (e.g. AI, GenAI).
Proven experience leading teams and managing project economics; client-facing experience with senior stakeholder handling required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance transformation consultant comfortable leading end-to-end strategy to execution programs.
Skilled in consulting deliverables including problem solving, strategic thinking, process documentation, and digital finance tools.
