Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex, high-impact products with stakeholder alignment.
Own and prioritize the product backlog continuously to ensure readiness of high-value user stories for agile development.
Leverage data analytics and product metrics to drive product scope, acceptance criteria, risk management, and alignment with business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years.
Strong proficiency in MS Office with extensive Excel experience for data analysis.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); CSPO or PSPO certification highly preferred.
Experience with product analytics tools (Jira, Confluence, SQL, Tableau) and knowledge of financial services regulations and risk frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle including backlog grooming, story mapping, and release planning in an agile environment.
Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with capability to influence senior leadership and align product delivery to organizational goals.
