Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own requirement analysis and support implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management solutions with clients in banking and financial services.
Perform data mapping, fraud scenario analysis, validation, and translate client fraud requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, functional validation, and coordinate issue resolution with internal and client teams.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years experience in Business Analysis within banking/financial services with fraud-management or fraud-solution implementation experience.
Strong skills in business and functional requirements analysis, use cases, process flows, and data validation including SQL proficiency.
Experience with client-facing product implementation projects and supporting testing phases (SIT, UAT).
Work Experience Required: 5–8 years as specified; Location: Pune role with hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, fraud analytics, and detection rules within payment systems and journeys globally.
Capable of translating complex client fraud requirements into actionable, product-aligned functional solutions with cross-team collaboration.
Familiarity with NICE Actimize IFM solutions, payment system interfaces, and data integration formats such as XML/JSON is preferred but not mandatory.
