Manage core accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting support to ensure accurate, timely financial records.
Lead daily balancing activities and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity and comply with accounting policies and controls.
Support month-end and period-end close processes and collaborate with internal teams to validate transactions and support financial decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 1+ years of work experience, or 3+ years equivalent experience without a degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Work hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST with availability between 6:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings; willingness to occasionally travel to regional hubs in India.
Work Experience Required: At least 1 year with degree, or 3 years equivalent experience if no degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in controllership, financial analysis, or financial services industry preferred, with knowledge of reconciliation software such as Blackline or Oracle GL.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform detailed reconciliations, and handle accounting process improvements.
Familiarity with process automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, RPA/AI) and project management skills to support process enhancements.
