Provide Level 2/3 Murex application production support focusing on data-related applications and environment stability.
Manage Murex DevOps practices, including automation, deployment pipelines, release management, and environment configuration.
Perform system monitoring, incident management, batch job support, and optimization of Murex EOD Datamart processes in a 24x7 rotational shift setup.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Murex support or DevOps engineering.
Hands-on expertise with UNIX, SQL, Shell scripting, Crontab, Control-M, UC4, and DevOps tools like SVN, Nexus, ANT, Jenkins, and GIT.
Knowledge of ITIL practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management.
Ability to work in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, or Gurugram on a hybrid model with 3 days WFO and 24x7 bi-weekly rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience independently handling Murex production support and environment setup with end-to-end environment management.
Understanding of exchange traded and OTC derivatives, specifically Credit and Rates products lifecycle.
Capability to interact with key client stakeholders and work collaboratively with onshore support teams for batch job management and issue resolution.
