Lead functional solution design and implementation across full project lifecycles for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and map needs to standard or customized Business Central configurations and integrations.
Oversee system setup, data migration, testing, deployment, user training, and ongoing support while coordinating with onshore/offshore teams and third-party partners to ensure successful global implementations.
Minimum Requirements
5.5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central including enterprise-wide implementations.
Strong expertise in Finance module and good understanding of Supply Chain processes in Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent English communication skills; willingness to travel for client project support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Lead Consultant or Solution Architect with at least two full project lifecycle implementations in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong client-facing consulting experience with ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Proven ability working in global, multi-team environments, coordinating across geographically dispersed stakeholders and third-party partners.
