Accountable for delivery performance across 4-6 pods encompassing Engineering, Quality, and Product, ensuring pace, predictability, and outcome alignment.
Lead improvement of delivery flow and AI adoption across pods using data-driven decision-making, root cause analysis, and agile practices.
Manage risks, dependencies, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication to optimize throughput and support decision-making at leadership level.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in delivery/agile roles with at least 3 years managing multiple teams or pods simultaneously in a technology environment.
Expertise in flow-based delivery methods such as Kanban, lean, and continuous delivery (Scrum not mandatory).
Strong understanding of AI tooling application in software delivery including automation and analytics.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years delivery/agile experience including multi-team leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing scaled delivery teams with capability in organizational transformation and change management.
Proficient in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource optimization for multiple teams.
