Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own and lead tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration patterns including Power Apps, Power Automate, and governance for an assigned region.
Develop and maintain runbooks for migration preparation, execution, validation, remediation, and environment strategy to minimize disruption and risks during cutovers.
Provide technical escalation support for complex migration issues and ensure evidence capture and audit-ready artefacts for migrated assets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration execution.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate operational concepts including solutions, connection references and administrative tooling.
Experience working in a 24x7 three-shift model with mandatory shift handovers and queue/backlog execution.
Technical documentation skills with ability to produce concise notes and structured escalation inputs; experience meeting audit and governance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating within multi-shift, process-driven operational environments with high attention to detail and agility to adapt to evolving runbooks.
Practiced in managing and mitigating migration risks through proactive identification of dependencies such as identity, connectors, and permissions.
Familiar with production-level Power Platform environments, governance, and remediation practices, with a client-professional mindset toward secure handling of sensitive data.
