Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform features and fixes to optimize operations and enhance functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions improving user experience.
Support business services by ensuring adherence to technology standards and managing issue resolution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD).
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on ServiceNow.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years ServiceNow experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working collaboratively across cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with understanding of broad enterprise strategy and business context.
Preferably holds or is working towards ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
