Lead and manage the BlackLine System Administrator team, overseeing platform maintenance, configuration, and user management to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Develop and customize BlackLine reports to track KPIs related to reconciliation activities, generate monthly performance summaries, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support, manage workflows within BlackLine to streamline reconciliation and approval processes, and liaise with senior stakeholders across finance and control teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or with BlackLine, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and MS Office Suite.
BlackLine administration expertise coupled with finance process and accounting knowledge is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring a specialized system administration team within a finance transformation context.
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes such as O2C, P2P, and R2R and demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business requirements in a large, global environment.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, with prior exposure to major ERP systems and ideally prior BlackLine experience, preferably within energy, oil & gas, or large GBS/SSC settings.
