Own execution and monitoring of technical maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, UPS, fire alarm, lighting, and MEP systems for the facility.
Monitor utility and operating costs; oversee contractor maintenance scope adherence to manufacturer and preventive maintenance standards.
Lead electricians and act as main technical liaison for vendors; prepare daily and weekly maintenance reports to ensure smooth facility operations.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech degree.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in facility technical management or similar roles.
Must have technical knowledge in electrical systems, UPS, fire alarm systems, lighting, MEP, and optionally soft services.
Work location: On-site at Pune; Shift: Rotational, 6 days/week, 48 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on facility maintenance with strong technical competence across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and property management.
Capable of leading technical teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Experienced with monitoring utility costs and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance and manufacturer standards.
