Develop, implement, and maintain facility management information systems including CAFM and CMMS to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage data integrity, security, and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into facility performance.
Coordinate with stakeholders and IT to integrate systems like BMS, access control, and energy management, and manage vendor relationships for software and IT services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in facility management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of facility management software (CAFM and CMMS) and experience with database management and reporting tools.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
