Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own the General Ledger month-end close process including cash posting, accruals, reclass journals, and variance analysis between actual and budget.
Prepare and submit timely, accurate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with deadlines and audit requirements.
Manage cash operations including bank reconciliations, follow-ups on outstanding checks, and coordinate year-end audit work for assigned properties, primarily servicing US clients.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in operational/general ledger accounting and finance including P&L analysis and balance sheet overview; real estate accounting experience is a plus.
Commerce graduate preferred; post-graduate preferred but not mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end general ledger and cash management within real estate or similar finance environments servicing US clients.
Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision and make sound decisions using standard accounting processes.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and effective communication skills for stakeholder management.
