Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Manage end-to-end General Ledger month-end close activities, including accruals, payments, variance reviews, cash management, bank reconciliations, and AR/AP.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements and supporting work papers within established deadlines for assigned property portfolio.
Coordinate year-end audit processes, manage ad-hoc requests, guide team on operational controls, and support governance enhancements on finance functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce; CA Inter preferred.
5-7 years of operational/general ledger accounting and finance experience.
Experience in profit & loss analysis, balance sheet overview; real estate accounting experience is a plus.
On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in real estate finance or property accounting environments, familiar with real estate accounting software.
Analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to mentor others on operational and process issues.
Comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably JD1) and managing timely financial reporting and audit coordination.
