Analyze market intelligence to develop risk mitigation plans and support continuous improvement in sourcing and procurement activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 to 8 years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or regulated industry environments.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced English language proficiency required; additional languages beneficial.
Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier performance metrics, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO) preferred.

Experienced in managing complex supplier relationships and cross-functional procurement projects within a matrix organization.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and continuous improvement.
