Operate and support a 24/7 global voice and data network, managing faults, incidents, and ensuring resolutions within SLA timeframes.
Lead network optimization activities to reduce outages, improve mean time to repair (MTTR), and enhance overall network performance.
Provide supervisory and project-level guidance, manage Severity 1 incident calls, and deliver management reporting on issue resolution status.
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s degree in computer or network science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-5+ years of hands-on experience in network, technical infrastructure operations, or cloud operations.
Experience with network support technologies including Cisco, PaloAlto, Aruba, F5, Strata, ThousandEyes, and Cloudgenix; server OS support (Windows, Linux, containers).
Experience with ticketing and incident management systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-platform environments spanning server, network, and cybersecurity operations with ability to manage incidents to resolution across these domains.
Capable of developing and enforcing operational processes and service delivery standards in complex global IT environments.
Able to manage high-severity issues effectively, including coordinating conference calls and following established incident escalation procedures.
