Own end-to-end facility management and administration of Attibele warehouse, including safety operations and compliance.
Manage infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendor contracts, and facility projects ensuring uninterrupted warehouse operations.
Control facility OPEX/CAPEX budgets, optimize costs, and ensure statutory compliance and risk management (fire, electrical, labor laws).
Minimum Requirements
Graduation or Engineering degree mandatory.
5-7 years of experience in Warehousing and Real Estate facility management.
Location: Attibele warehouse (onsite)
Proficiency in facility and safety SOPs, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large warehouse facility operations including vendor and contract management.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and audits related to FM Global, ISO, sustainability, and statutory inspections.
Focused on cost optimization and risk management in facility management with proven ability to maintain compliance and uninterrupted operations.
