About This Role
- Own end-to-end facility management and administration of Attibele warehouse, including safety operations and compliance.
- Manage infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendor contracts, and facility projects ensuring uninterrupted warehouse operations.
- Control facility OPEX/CAPEX budgets, optimize costs, and ensure statutory compliance and risk management (fire, electrical, labor laws).
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation or Engineering degree mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in Warehousing and Real Estate facility management.
- Location: Attibele warehouse (onsite)
- Proficiency in facility and safety SOPs, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large warehouse facility operations including vendor and contract management.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and audits related to FM Global, ISO, sustainability, and statutory inspections.
- Focused on cost optimization and risk management in facility management with proven ability to maintain compliance and uninterrupted operations.
