About This Role
- Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to payment collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Proposal) and external principals/customers for seamless order fulfillment and dispatch planning.
- Handle documentation for invoicing and collections while managing escalations and prioritizing daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in logistics or order fulfillment, specifically in an engineering products company.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel required.
- Diploma or Engineering Degree /Science educational background.
- Job location: Pune.
