About This Role
- Serve as primary commercial finance partner to COO and Operations leadership, translating strategy into financially grounded initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
- Lead financial analysis and support cost optimisation, procurement reviews, premises strategy, and billing performance improvements across Operations and Corporate Functions.
- Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial governance adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
- 10-15 years experience as a Commercial Finance professional required.
- Proven experience partnering with Operations, COO, or central support functions during evolving governance and remit.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in commercial finance roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in supporting cost optimisation, operational transformation, and efficiency initiatives within support functions or Operations domains.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational improvements into measurable financial outcomes and to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in professional services or with Microsoft D365, Power BI, and Tagetik is a plus but not mandatory.
