About This Role
- Manage end-to-end facility management and administration for Attibele warehouse, ensuring safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee infrastructure and essential services like electrical systems, DG, UPS, HVAC, fire protection, and building maintenance.
- Handle vendor management including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance with statutory inspections and HSSE requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation or Engineering degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in warehousing and real estate facility management.
- Experience managing facility and safety SOPs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS/reporting skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling multi-vendor contracts and facility maintenance in a warehouse environment.
- Capable of managing budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
- Comfortable coordinating statutory compliance, audits (FM Global/ISO), and risk management processes in facility operations.
