Handle vendor management including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance with statutory inspections and HSSE requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Graduation or Engineering degree.
5-7 years of experience in warehousing and real estate facility management.
Experience managing facility and safety SOPs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS/reporting skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multi-vendor contracts and facility maintenance in a warehouse environment.
Capable of managing budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
Comfortable coordinating statutory compliance, audits (FM Global/ISO), and risk management processes in facility operations.
