Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes including order management, billing support, collections, disputes, and cash application for global customers.
Lead and develop a team of O2C and/or Export analysts to meet SLAs and operational metrics, ensuring high team performance and compliance.
Serve as primary liaison between internal departments and external customers to resolve order, shipment, and billing issues, while maintaining governance and audit standards.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing global Order-to-Cash or Export Services functions covering order management, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management; Master's degree preferred.
Proficiency in English at advanced (C1) level; Office-based work in India.
Knowledge of relevant systems and skills such as SAP, Blue Yonder Space Planning, Kinaxis, O9 Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supervising and optimizing O2C processes for multiple global regions (US, Canada, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) with stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership aptitude demonstrated by managing and mentoring teams to achieve measurable operational goals and compliance standards.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain, credit, warehouse, and transportation planners to improve order processing and cash flow.
