About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX design for the Editor Relationship Management System and Editor Portal hosted on Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create, test, and iterate on information architecture, user flows, and UI specifications.
- Manage continuous delivery design cycles, incorporating user feedback and supporting workflow migration strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of UX/UI design experience focused on complex, data-rich enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating polished UX flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong expertise in accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2 AA) with demonstrable compliance in design deliverables.
- Work Experience Required: 12-15 years in enterprise UX/UI design relevant to complex platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying strategic and tactical UX approaches in Agile environments with incremental product design.
- Skilled at collaborating across global, cross-functional teams and communicating complex design concepts at strategic levels.
- Experience with academic or editorial user groups and familiarity with design systems like Graphene or Salesforce Experience Cloud is advantageous.
