Define and document business processes and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions through to production.
Produce technical documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and User Stories (US) with acceptance criteria.
Support development and testing phases and identify new technology opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
3rd level qualification (preferably IT related).
Experience with all phases of the development lifecycle and producing business analysis documentation.
Experience with Agile methodology (preferably Scrum); knowledge of UML or BPMN; experience with software development background.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services or similar regulated industries with an ability to adapt to changing environments.
Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAFe framework and tools like Azure DevOps is a plus; willingness to travel occasionally for project support.
