Oversee development and maintenance of automated allocation of direct and indirect costs for financial planning and actuals using Oracle PCMCS.
Manage monthly expense allocations, reconcile pre and post allocated expenses, and create standardized reporting for these expenses.
Serve as liaison with Corporate Finance, Business, and Functional Areas to support expense management and compliance with statutory insurance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Technical experience with Oracle allocation module PCMCS, driver-based allocations, data load rules, and mappings.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com or BS Finance).
Work Location: Chennai (position can be based there as per JD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating across Finance, IT, and business teams for financial data automation and reporting.
Capable of managing complex financial data systems and interfacing with internal controls (e.g., PWC, MAR).
Comfortable supporting insurance-related financial reporting and benchmarking activities involving legal entity and product line expense allocations.
