About This Role
- Design and position enterprise networking and wireless solutions across multi-vendor environments including Aruba, Juniper, and Ruckus.
- Deliver High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical proposals to support sales and customer engagements.
- Engage with sales teams, channel partners, and enterprise customers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure network architectures and lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer in enterprise networking and wireless solutions.
- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 switching, routing, wireless security, SD-WAN, and network architectures involving Aruba, Juniper, and Ruckus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory skills include solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP) and expertise in wireless security, authentication, and infrastructure integration.

- Experienced in enterprise networking presales solutions with a focus on multi-vendor environments and ability to manage complex technical engagements end-to-end.
- Proficient in creating detailed network architectures including campus LAN/WLAN and branch/WAN designs with attention to scaling, security, and high availability.
- Capable of technical consulting through solution presentations, demos, PoCs, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
