Design and architect comprehensive Cisco solutions across enterprise networking, security, SD-WAN, cloud, and data center domains.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to gather requirements and produce high-level and low-level design documents including BoQ/BoM.
Lead customer engagement activities such as proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, demos, PoCs, and technical walkthroughs while supporting deal qualification and deployment readiness.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering roles focused on Cisco technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in a relevant discipline.
Strong foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, network security including firewalls and VPNs, and Cisco product suites such as Meraki, DNA Center, ISE, Umbrella, and Duo.
Cisco certifications like CCNA or CCNP preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Cisco solution design with practical deployment and dashboard management exposure, especially with Cisco Meraki and secure access technologies.
Able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences including non-technical stakeholders, indicating strong communication skills and customer engagement.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including sales, partners, delivery, and technical support to drive deal closure and deployment success.
