Serve as technical advisor for Elastic Enterprise Solutions including Search, Observability, and Security across customers, partners, and sales teams.
Lead solution architecture, technical discovery, PoCs, demonstrations, and proposals that translate customer business challenges into scalable Elastic platform solutions.
Support adoption and optimization of Elastic technologies including cluster maintenance, ingestion pipelines, performance tuning, and AI/ML-powered search implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in enterprise presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing architecture roles.
Hands-on expertise with Elastic Stack components: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash, Fleet Management, and enterprise-scale Elastic deployments.
Possess one of the following certifications: Elastic Certified Analyst, Elastic Certified Observability Engineer, Elastic Certified SIEM Analyst, or Elastic Certified Engineer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing Elastic solutions involving search, observability, and security use cases at enterprise scale.
Strong ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes and effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in advanced Elastic platform features including AI-powered search, vector databases, LLM integrations, telemetry, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.
