Design and architect end-to-end enterprise network solutions across campus LAN, WLAN, and Branch/WAN environments focused on Arista/Ruckus and other OEM platforms.
Lead technical engagements including creating HLDs, LLDs, BoQs, PoCs, and supporting technical proposals to aid sales and channel partners.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during customer interactions, delivering solution presentations, demos, and supporting RFP responses and deal qualification.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of pre-sales solution engineering experience with enterprise networking and wireless solutions, including mixed OEM environments (Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus).
Strong understanding of L2/L3 switching, routing (Aruba CX, Juniper EX/QFX), VLAN design, segmentation, and traffic optimization.
Hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus wireless technologies including wireless security and RF design.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications from Aruba, Juniper or vendor-neutral are expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-vendor enterprise network architectures, especially with campus, branch, and WAN environments including SD-WAN and security integration.
Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and creating detailed design documentation to guide implementation.
Comfortable operating in pre-sales roles requiring consultative selling, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with sales and deployment teams.
