Own end-to-end UX design for the Editor Relationship Management System and Editor Portal hosted on Salesforce platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to develop user flows, prototypes, and UI specifications for complex, data-rich enterprise applications.
Iterate designs based on regular user feedback and user testing, focusing on improving editorial workflows and user experience within Elsevier’s design system.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years experience in UX/UI design for enterprise systems, with a portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and detailed design.
High proficiency in Figma for UX flows and high-fidelity designs.
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines and experience producing compliant designs.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional, global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing for complex, data-rich editorial or academic user groups or similar professional platforms.
Comfortable handling both strategic UX architecture and detailed interaction design with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
