Partner with management to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
Coach mid-level developers, set coding/testing standards, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years of development experience.
Mandatory skills: Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Spring Framework (including Spring-boot microservices via REST/JSON), MongoDB, Couchbase caching, Kafka, Docker/Enterprise Container Services.
Hands-on experience with Redhat Openshift or equivalent cloud platform; CI/CD tools including GitHub Enterprise, Lightspeed, Release On Demand, SonarQube.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Scaled Agile environments including PI Planning and continuous release cycles.
Proficient in Domain Driven Design with deep understanding of architecture, infrastructure integration, and micro-frontend development using Node.js, Angular, React.
Capable of strategic leadership in highly available 24x7 corporate e-banking systems operating on cloud and AI technologies.
