Lead release architecture, governance, and DevOps enablement for Veeva Vault CRM across multiple global environments.
Define and own release strategies, deployment frameworks, and governance to support scalable, compliant, and reliable software delivery.
Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization, deployment automation, and multi-environment configuration lifecycle management including migrations and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years technical leadership experience with Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce engineering including release orchestration and operational reliability.
Veeva Vault CRM Administrator certifications or Salesforce Platform certifications mandatory.
Experience working in regulated, validated global life sciences platform environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-environment CRM deployments, migrations, and release governance in global regulated settings.
Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and troubleshooting deployment challenges.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally with product, engineering, quality, and security stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
