About This Role
- Lead release architecture, governance, and DevOps enablement for Veeva Vault CRM across multiple global environments.
- Define and own release strategies, deployment frameworks, and governance to support scalable, compliant, and reliable software delivery.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization, deployment automation, and multi-environment configuration lifecycle management including migrations and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years technical leadership experience with Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce engineering including release orchestration and operational reliability.
- Veeva Vault CRM Administrator certifications or Salesforce Platform certifications mandatory.
- Experience working in regulated, validated global life sciences platform environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex multi-environment CRM deployments, migrations, and release governance in global regulated settings.
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and troubleshooting deployment challenges.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally with product, engineering, quality, and security stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
